First Time Login Procedure : Please click here for a simple visual guide to assist you in conducting the First Time Login Procedure. Once you have made the first login, you will be prompted to change the password to your own choosing.
First Time Login Guide
Click on ‘First Time Login’ to continue your account activation.
Please key-in your PPA account number as your User ID and any one of your telephone number provided earlier in the PPA application form (home/office/mobile) for verification and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
*Please do not put a ‘-‘ dash when keying in the telephone number in the Telephone Verification box.
Click on ‘Member Login’ and type your User ID and temporary password in order to login. Please note your User ID is the same and you will not be able to change it.
Once you have successfully changed your password (do ensure your password does not contain any symbols / special characters). You may now login using your own password.
